**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in his second attempt under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.90 dated 04.12.2020 registered under Section 420 IPC and under Section 24 of Immigration Act, Police Station Sector 19, Chandigarh.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Rambir Singh submits that in pursuance of order dated 19.07.2022, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required in further investigation of the case. CRM-M No. 19021 of 2022 -2Learned State counsel further submits that challan is ready to be filed in the competent Court. Only signature of the petitioner is to be obtained in the Court in accordance with law. In view of above, orders dated 06.05.2022 and 19.07.2022 are hereby made absolute.
