Mr. Akaant Kumar Mittal, Advocate for the petitioner. ***** MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J Present revision petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India has been filed against the impugned order dated 06.12.2019 (Annexure P/5) passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Fatehgarh Sahib in civil suit No.42 of 20.04.2018 titled Asha Jindal Vs. Jagdish Kumar and another, whereby application of the petitioner dated 21.05.2019 for appointment of local commissioner has been dismissed.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all his pleas before learned trial Court at appropriate stage.
