(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of F.I.R No. 105 dated 26.03.2014 registered under Sections 323/406/498-A/506 IPC at P.S. Mahesh Nagar, District Ambala Learned counsel submits that petitioner is father-in-law and the allegations against him are general in nature. This Court referred the matter to Mediation Centre and parties mediated today with Ms. Kamalpreet Kaur, Mediator who stated that petitioner has made an offer of Rs.50 lacs towards full and final settlement, which is being declined by the complainant and her father.
Keeping in view the above fact, this petition is being disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to take all the pleas before the trial Court.
