(ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.194 dated 05.04.2018 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station City Bhiwani, District Bhiwani along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise all such pleas before the trial Court, including production of documents in evidence as has been argued before this Court.
