H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) This is a petition for quashing of FIR filed by Lakhwinder Singh - father-in-law and Amarjeet Kaur - mother-in-law, of complainant Aakriti. Admittedly, after completion of investigation, challan has been filed against the accused and now as stated by learned counsel for the petitioners, the case is fixed for 12.9.2018, for the purpose of framing of charge. The petitioners can take all these pleas before the trial Court while addressing the arguments on the point of framing of charge and even if it is taken that charge is framed against them, they have got remedy of filing revision petition against the same.
As such the petitioners are relegated to the remedy of raising all these pleas before the trial Court at the stage of consideration on the point of framing of charge and at any other appropriate stage. Disposed of accordingly.
