RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.78 dated 15.07.2018 registered under Sections 420, 120-B and 201 IPC at Police Station Fetehgarh Churian, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur. Learned counsel contends that the petitioner has complied with previous order dated 21.08.2018 of this Court. On instructions from the Investigating Officer, learned State counsel agreeing to the said submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 21.08.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
