1. The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in a case registered against him vide FIR No.56 dated 8.6.2020 under Sections 188, 269, 270, 353, 186 IPC at Police Station Balachaur.

2. The allegations against the petitioner are broadly to the effect that upon his return from Maharashtra on 4.6.2020, he had been quarantined by Dr. Alka and when Asha Worker namely Mrs. Asha went to check the petitioner on 8.6.2020, he misbehaved with her and went to Balachaur without informing anybody against the guidelines of quarantine issued by the Government.

3. Learned State counsel upon instructions from ASI Joginder Pal has informed that pursuant to interim directions issued by this Court, the GAURAV SOROT 2020.09.02 17:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Having regard to the nature of allegations and the fact that the petitioner has since joined investigation and he is not required for any further investigation, the petition, as such, is accepted and the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 25.6.2020 are hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioner shall continue to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when called upon to do so and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
