Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing for some time, prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to take all pleas before the trial Court at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law, however, prays for grant of exemption from their personal appearance, which may be subject to any conditions.

Ordered accordingly. Petitioners are granted exemption from their personal appearance before the trial Court during pendency of the case, subject to their filing affidavit/s before the Court concerned that they have no objection in case, the proceedings before it are held in their absence; in the presence of their counsel and shall appear before the said Court as and when their presence would be absolutely necessary.
