CRM-M-32647-2018 (O&M) & CRM-M-33592-2018 -2-  hearing had been dismissed and charges have been framed against the petitioner(s)-accused, are being decided by a common order. 2.

Counsel for the respondent No.2 points out that notice in the matter was issued only to explore the possibility of resolution of the dispute. The contention of the petitioner in this regard is specifically noticed in the order dated 02.08.2018 passed in CRM-M-32647-2018. Thereafter, on the next date, the trial Court was directed to adjourn the case beyond the date fixed by this Court solely for the purpose of an amicable resolution of the dispute and its settlement thereof.

It is pointed out that despite lapse of nearly 08 years, no settlement has been arrived at between the parties and that even the Mediation proceedings before this Court have failed. 4.

The aforesaid contention of respondent No.2 is not disputed by the Counsel for the petitioner.
