(ORAL) On instructions from SI Jagdish, learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of filing of cancellation report by the police in impugned FIR No. 113 dated 06.05.2017 (Annexure P-1), under Section 420 read with Section 34 IPC, Police Station Bhattu Kalan. The next date of hearing before the trial Court is 05.04.2019, for recording the statement of the petitioners. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
