Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.23 dated 6.3.2022 under Sections 302, 341, 34, 148, 149, 379 read with Section 34 and 120-B of the IPC (Section 404 of IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Division No.1, Pathankot.
