(ORAL) Appellant/defendant has preferred instant regular second appeal assailing judgment and decree dated 12.03.1999 passed by learned Additional District Judge-II, Bhiwani, whereby appeal preferred by one of the respondents against judgment and decree dated 09.05.1997 passed by leaned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bhiwani. 2.

Suit for permanent injunction was filed by plaintiff/ respondents herein, which was decreed and defendants were permanently restrained from taking forcible possession of plot gair mumkin, as detailed in head note of plaint.

Appeal was admitted on 22.05.2002.
