Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 239 dated 6.11.2013 under Section 302, 364, 201, 176, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Salem Tabri, District Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that co-accused of the petitioner namely Mukesh Kumar @ Mangi and Sukhdev Singh @ Pammi, who were similarly situated, have been allowed bail by this Court vide orders dated 3.9.2015 (Annexure P-6) and 21.9.2015, respectively.

Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be admitted to bail subject to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ludhiana.
