**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking directions to the respondents to conduct medical examination of accused Malwinder Singh Malhi, who has been arrested in FIR No. 310 dated 9.6.2020 under Sections 18, 61, 85 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Pehowa, District Kurukshetra.

In the present case, earlier accused Malwinder Singh Malhi had moved an application for constituting the medical board in order to conduct his medical examination but the said application was got dismissed as withdrawn on 19.6.2020 (Annexure P-3) for the reasons best known to the petitioner. On the similar facts, the present petition has now been filed. Since the earlier application, which was filed in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kurukshetra, stands withdrawn on GURPREET SINGH 2020.06.25 15:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chadigarh
