***** KIRTI SINGH, J. (Oral) Apprehending arrest in FIR No.159 dated 29.08.2023 under Sections 308, 323,341, 294, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Mataur, District Mohali, the petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been compromised and aforestated FIR has been quashed vide order dated 28.08.2024 passed in CRM-M-62952-2023, therefore, the present petition is rendered infructuous.

In view of above, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of as infructuous.
