Mr. Deepinder Singh, Advocate for the complainant. *** Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition granting him liberty to raise all the pleas before the trial Court at an appropriate stage by moving an application. He further submits that since petitioners Subhash Gahlot and Smt. Kamlesh are aged persons, therefore, the trial Court be directed to exempt their personal appearance.

Permission is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
