*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of order dated 01.08.2018, the petitioner has joined investigation and the same has been affirmed by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Balkar Singh.

However, learned counsel for the complainant has opposed grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Since the petitioner has joined investigation, interim order dated 01.08.2018 passed by this Court in his favour is made absolute. Petition is disposed of accordingly.

However, the petitioner is directed to join investigation, if required by the Investigating Officer.
