Vide order dated 11.03.2024 notices were issued to the appellants. As per the service report, appellant Nos.1 and 2 stand duly served. Appellant No.3(a) is stated to be died. Appellant No.3(b) to (d) remain unserved as they are married and residing with their in-laws. None has put in appearance on behalf of appellant Nos.1 and 2 despite service. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of appellant No.3(a). In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
