This Court vide order dated 17.9.2015 had directed the petitioner to first get a draft of the cheque amount and also deposit additional amount of 10%.

Since the needful has not been done by the petitioner, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present application for grant of anticipatory bail.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
