This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.645 dated 25.11.2015 registered for the offences under Sections 148, 149, 307, 323, 324 and 506 IPC at Police Station Punhana, District Mewat-Nuh.

Notice of motion to Advocate General, Haryana. Mr. B.S. Virk, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-State and contested this petition.

Cr. Misc. No.M-31741 of 2017 [2] From the record, I find that the present petitioner was already on bail and he absented from the Court proceedings on one date i.e. on 7.6.2017and he himself appeared before the trial Court on 17.7.2017. Since then he has been in custody. No useful purpose will be served by keeping the petitioner in custody till the final disposal of the case. Therefore, keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case; without discussing the facts in minute detail and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the satisfaction of the trial Court. September 14, 2017.
