The present appeal pertains to the year 1998. Vide order dated 18.01.2025 notices were issued to the parties. As per the Office report, appellants No.1, 2, 3 and 5 and respondents No.1 and 2 have since died. None has come forward for getting themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the deceased persons. Appellants No.4, 6, 7 and 8 stand duly served. However, none has put in appearance on their behalf despite service. Respondent No.3 remains unserved with the report that no such person is residing at the given address.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.
