***** PARMOD GOYAL, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent submits that grand-son of respondent (who has since died) informed him that he is no more interested in pursuing this case.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that earlier the case was filed by their office, however, subsequently, since they had no instructions and no contact with the appellant, they have stopped appearing and this fact was duly disclosed to the Court. In the given circumstances, present appeal is disposed of with liberty to the parties on either side to get the same revived in accordance with law.
