(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.6282 dated 29.07.2017 under Section 135 of Indian Electricity (Supply) Act, 2003 at Police Station I & P Rohtak. Learned counsel submits that in view of order dated 29.08.2017, petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.1,65,983/- with the Corporation. He has produced a receipt in this regard. Same is taken on record. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to aforesaid order, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
In view of the above, order dated 29.08.2017 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
