State counsel, on the instructions of SI Dharam Pal, informs that the petitioner has joined investigation. The petitioner having not been arrested from the spot, he having been found in possession of poppy husk would be a debatable issue.

The petition is allowed. Interim order dated 9.10.2015 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions that he will join investigation as and when required and will not commit the similar offence of which he is accused of during pendency of the trial. (M.M.S. BEDI) November 27, 2015.
