The petitioner is seeking regular bail in case FIR No.816 dated 29.10.2020 registered under Sections 377, 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 4 of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 at Police Station Sadar, District Karnal. Having argued for sometime and realizing that the Court is not inclined to agree with his submissions, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
