#  Learned counsel for the petitioners has made a statement before this Court withdrawing the present petition. However a prayer has been made that the matter be ordered to be expeditiously disposed off by the trial Court.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

In the totality of circumstances, both the petitioners being senior citizens, it will subserve the ends of justice if necessary directions are issued to the trial Court to decide the matter within a period of six months w.e.f. today after affording short adjournments.
