NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that during pendency of the present petition before this Court, better sense has prevailed and the informant/respondent No. 2, Pushp Jain, has sorted out his dispute with the petitioners and has no objection if the impugned FIR and all the consequential proceedings are terminated on the basis of settlement arrived at between both the private factions. They are also ad idem that the offence punishable under Section 420, IPC, is compoundable with permission of the Court. It has also been conceded that basically it was a case of business transactions.
