The petitioners have been in custody since 17.4.2016 in a case registered at the instance of Gurwant Kaur alleging that on 15.4.2016 the petitioners had come to her house on a scooter, trespassed the house and had taken away money from the house along with her ear rings. The complainant has been examined in the present case. Chances of tampering with the evidence are remote.

In view of the above, the petitioners can be granted the concession of bail.

The petition is allowed.
