**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned action of the respondents concerned in not allowing the petitioner to re-join/adjust/continue on the post of Assistant Professor (Commerce).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of her grievances, the petitioner has issued a representation dated 11.07.2022 (Annexure P-30), but the same has not been decided till date. He confines his argument to the extent that the respondents be directed to decide the said representation in a time bound manner and keeping in view the amended policy dated 11.05.2022 (Annexure P-29). On the asking of this Court, Mr. RS Budhwar, Additional AG Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State and submits that he has no objection if the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed. CWP-7386-2023 (O&M) -2In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Director General, Higher Education, Haryana, to decide the representation dated 11.07.2022 (Annexure P-30), moved by the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the receipt of the certified copy of this order, by passing a speaking order, as per law. The amended policy dated 11.05.2022 (Annexure P-29) shall also be taken into consideration, while deciding the aforesaid representation.
