**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.155 dated 03.08.2019, registered at Police Station Haibowal, District Ludhiana, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 363/366-A/376 and Sections 4 of POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and daughter of the complainant fell into love with each other and decided to perform marriage. When the parents of the complainant did not agree with the proposal of marriage, she left the house on its own and they got married and started living at Maharshatra. The daughter of the complainant was minor at the time of marriage. Learned State counsel has informed that now the wife of the petitioner is in the family way and as per GAURAV ARORA 2020.07.10 13:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Crl. Misc. No. M-16490 of 2020 -2report (P-3), the date of delivery is due for 26.08.2020. Further the matter has now been duly compromised between the parties and the complainant had agreed that he has no objection if the F.I.R is quashed against the present petitioner, as per compromise deed dated 07.05.2020 (P-4). Learned counsel for the complainant has not denied the factum of compromise effected between the parties on 07.05.2020 (P-4). Heard.

Petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2020.

Keeping in view the fact that the trial is likely to take some time to conclude and the fact that the matter has been duly compromised between the parties, the present petition is allowed. Petitioner is ordered to be released on bail during pendency of the trial of the present case, subject to his furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Ludhiana.
