(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for setting aside order dated 02.11.2016 of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ambala, in FIR No.35 dated 29.01.2014 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Mahesh Nagar, District Ambala.

Since connected petition (CRM-M-11954 of 2015) of the coaccused of the petitioner has been dismissed for non-compliance of order dated 11.10.2018, instant petition is also dismissed for want of prosecution. (Ramendra Jain) Judge October 31, 2018 R.S.
