The same was received back with the report that appellant has died, thereafter, SSP Barnala was directed to report with regard to LRs of the appellant. Report has been received back from SSP Barnala that Harnam Singh has left behind no legal heir. As such there is none to pursue the appeal. 2.

In view of the above and given the prevailing circumstances, there seems to be no justification to keep the appeal on the docket, indefinitely. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution. 3.

Since the main appeal stands decided, the miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
