The petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been moved by the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in FIR No.192, dated 26.06.2018, under Sections 148/149/323/341/506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 332/353/294 of the Indian Penal Code(added later on), registered at Police Station Bhuna, District Fatehabad.

This Court vide order dated 14.08.2018 directed the petitioners to appear before the Investigating Officer. It was further ordered that in the event of their arrest, they shall be released on adPANKAJ BAWEJA 2018.09.20 18:05 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document [HIGH COURT, CHANDIGARH]



   interim bail to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer and petitioners shall abide by the terms and conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

It is submitted on behalf of learned State Counsel, on instructions from A.S.I. Karanbir Singh, that the petitioners have joined investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required. 4.

Consequently, the interim bail earlier granted to the petitioners is made absolute.
