The prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the chargesheet dated 11.03.2023 issued under Rule 7 as also the suspension order dated 28.11.2021.

Learned State counsel has produced a copy of the order dated 16.08.2024, as per which the petitioner stands reinstated. 3.

The aforesaid satisfies the learned Senior counsel, who however, submits that since the disciplinary proceedings have been pending against the petitioner for last 3 months, these may be directed to be completed in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection. 4.
