Learned State counsel upon instructions from Ms. Divya Mahlawat, Law Officer, Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited submits that in terms of the Deployment of Contractual Persons Policy, 2022 dated 30.06.2022, there is no move to shift the petitioners to the Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam Limited.

In view of the above, this petition has been rendered infructuous at this stage.
