RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.47, dated 28.09.2020, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 342, 354, 506 IPC and Sections 25, 54 of Arms Act and Section 8 of POCSO Act 2012 added later on, registered at Police Station Women Police Station Nuh, District Nuh.

At the outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from Inspector Seema Kumari, submits that after investigation the cancellation report has been prepared which is likely to be filed before the Illaqa Magistrate.

In view of this, the present petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as such.
