******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 145 dated 26.03.2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 436 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code (offence under Section 302 IPC added later on), at Police Station Sadar Bahadurgarh. Heard.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Mukesh Kumar submits that 11 out of 24 witnesses have been examined so far. Complainant and Satyawan have been examined and have supported the version of the prosecution. Petitioner had been apprehended by the public at the spot and her custody was given to the police. CRM-M-32704-2018 -2ladies had come to the house of complainant with covered faces and had poured kerosene oil on Saroj mother of Satyawan. While trying to put her on fire with a lighter, the petitioner also caught fire. She tried to escape but was apprehended by the public. Saroj died of the burn injuries while petitioner also suffered 60% burns.

Keeping in view the above facts and the gravity of the offence, I find no reason to grant regular bail to the petitioner. This petition has no merits. Dismissed.

However trial Court is directed to expedite the disposal of the case.
