1. The instant petition has been filed by petitioner Parvesh alleging therein that his daughter had been abducted by one Ajay.

2. The petitioner had also lodged FIR No.694 dated 26.11.2024 at Police Station Mahesh Nagar, Ambala, under Section 365 of Indian Penal Code against aforesaid Ajay. The aforesaid Ajay had filed a petition seeking grant of anticipatory bail i.e. CRM-M-22123-2024 in respect of the aforesaid FIR No.694 dated 26.11.2024.

3. In the status report filed in the said petition i.e. in CRM-M-22123-2024, it is specifically mentioned that statement of daughter of petitioner Parvesh has been recorded, who categorically stated that she was residing with Ajay out of her own free will and had solemnized marriage.
