(ORAL) The present regular second appeal has been preferred by the appellants/defendants No.2 to 4 against the judgment and decree dated 11.02.2016 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Palwal, decreeing the suit for declaration in favour of the plaintiffs, as well as, the judgment and decree dated 02.01.2019 passed by the Additional District Judge, Palwal, whereby the appeal filed by the appellants/defendants No.2 to 4 has been dismissed. There is no representation on behalf of the appellants, even on second call. The same had been the situation for the past several dates and despite the fact that it has been written in the order twice that the case shall not be adjourned any further.

In view of the above, it is obvious that the appellants are not interested in pursuing their case.

Dismissed in default.
