Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 22 dated 20.02.2019, registered under Section(s) 379, & 506 IPC, Sections 29, 32 & 33 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 and Sections 4 & 5 of the Punjab Land Preservation Act, 1900 at Police Station Rupnagar, District Rupnagar.
Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that as per order dated 06.03.2019, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rupnagar, a sum of Rs.1,45,370/- was to be deposited and petitioners being labourer are unable to deposit the said amount. The petitioners have not approached the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rupnagar for modification of the order dated 06.03.2019. As such, present petition stands dismissed.
