ANITA CHAUDHRY , J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 71 dated 13.08.2015, under Sections 186, 333, 353 and 395 IPC, registered at Police Station Mullanpur Garibdass, District SAS Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner had completed his submissions and thereafter now states that he does not press the petition.

Injury in this case had been caused to a Head Constable on duty.

Dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is directed to surrender on 10.10.2015.
