**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to regularize his services w.e.f 01.04.2011 along with all benefits as the similar situated persons have been regularized w.e.f 01.04.2011 vide office order dated 18.07.2017 (P-6). Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State.

It has remained undisputed that the relief sought by the petitioner in the above writ petition had already been sought by another applicants/petitioners before this Court of the same department in CWP No. 22593 of 2018 titled as Hari Singh and others vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 06.09.2018 (P-7).

Therefore, for the parity of reasoning, this petition is disposed of in terms of the order/judgment dated 06.09.2018, rendered in CWP No. 22593 of 2018 (P-7) .
