***** RAJBIR SEHRAWAT, J. (ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in case FIR No.302 dated 08.11.2017, registered under Section 22 of the NDPS Act, at Police Station Sadar Dabwali, District Sirsa.

Learned State counsel has pointed out that all the prosecution witnesses stand examined. Hence, there is no delay on the part of the prosecution.

In view of the above, this Court does not find it appropriate to grant bail pending trial to the petitioner, at this stage. Dismissed.
