The petitioner prays for issuance of direction to the Executing Court to decide the execution petition in a time bound manner. He has liberty to file an application before the Executing Court, which shall be considered sympathetically.

After a period of two years of the restricted functioning of the Courts, on account of surge of Coronavirus infection, finally, the Courts have resumed their normal functioning. No doubt, the execution petition is pending before the Executing Court for the last seven years. However, this Bench does not have complete information about the pendency of execution petitions before the Executing Court.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present revision petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2022.05.06 10:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
