On the asking of the Court, Mr. Vivek Chauhan, Addl. A.G., Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4 and on instructions submits that earlier State Registrar has been transferred out and new incumbent has joined the post. In all probability, the pending appeal and miscellaneous application would be decided very shortly.
