The present Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the orders dated 30.04.2013, 11.06.2014 and 09.09.2021(Annexures P-3, P-5 and P-7 respectively). 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant Writ Petition, however, he further submits that appropriate directions be issued to the concerned Assistant Collector to carry out the partition proceedings strictly, as per the position existing at the spot as regards the nature, value and location of the land.
