***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr. P.C.') for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.16 dated 24.01.2023, registered under Sections 323, 506, 427, 307, 148 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Rojka Meo, District Nuh (Haryana). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to earlier order dated 12.04.2023 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation and has fully cooperated in the same.

Learned State counsel per his instructions from SI Satishsubmits that petitioner has joined investigation andin view of cooperation rendered by him, no custodial interrogation of petitioner is required. 4.

In view of the above, as far as this case is concerned, since custodial interrogation of petitioner is no more required, and he has already joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, present petition is allowed. Order dated 12.04.2023 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to petitioner's complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 5.
