This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to the respondent No.3 to conclude the enquiry in Complaint Diary No.6835/PP/27.10.2016 (Annexure-P.1) expeditiously, which is pending before him since 27.10.2016 and for directions to the respondents No.2 to 4 to take appropriate legal action on it, expeditiously, in accordance with. It has further been prayed for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to submit status report before this Hon'ble Court into the enquiry pending before respondent No.3 in the above complaint. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

From the record, I find that the petitioner is requesting to issue directions to respondent No.3 to conclude the enquiry in the pending Harpal Singh Parmar 2017.02.06 16:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

Cr. Misc. No.M-3183 of 2017 [2] complaint against the accused filed by him. I find that he has not made any representation to the authorities concerned for redressal of his grievance. Therefore, this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is not liable to be entertained and the same is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail the alternative remedy available to him for the redressal of his grievance to file representation to the concerned authority. February 1, 2017.
