(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.38 dated 26.07.2021, registered under Sections 420 and 406 IPC, at Police Station NRI, District SAS Nagar. Vide order dated 13.05.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioners have been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioners have joined the investigation and have also complied with the conditions as envisaged in the said order. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Shanshah, submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are now not required for any further investigation.

CRM-M-19023-2022 (O&M) -2In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 13.05.2022 granting interim bail to the petitioners, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
