As per allegations of the prosecution petitioner alongwith co-accused Pardeep Kumar Sachdeva were indulging in blackmailing and extorting money from Deepak Garg and others on the false allegations of rape.

At the time of hearing today,learned counsel submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 29.3.2016 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined investigation and fully cooperated.
